Cellar Selection

The Manor Golf Club is an independent Bar & Restaurant, free from any ties to breweries or pub groups.

This gives us the freedom to source a much wider selection of drinks and only the best products available. We stock over 40 different Wines from all over the world, varying in flavours, styles and cost. Our Scotch Whiskeys includes a selection of Highland, Lowland, Spey side and Island Regional Malts as well as a couple of Irish ones. Our Spirits range from American Bourbons to the driest of London Gins and complete our 'top shelf' selection. For our Beers & Cider range we have a variety of Draught lagers, Somerset cider and also 4 Traditional Cask Ales.

Traditional English Real Ales

We have a choice of 4 Traditional Cask Ales on offer all year round and we pride ourselves in ensuring that all our cask ales are always prepared and served to the highest of standards. Predominantly we serve Cask Ales brewed in Yorkshire but also Cumbria, Lancashire & further a field. In the majority of cases we buy our beer direct from the brewer, cutting out the middlemen and giving you the freshest beer possible, straight from the brewery to our cellar. We have a long standing relationship with The Blacksheep Brewery who we permanently stock all year round. A few others that appear often include Copper Dragon, Wharfebank Brewery, Leeds Brewery & Jennings alongside many more guest beers from all over our region.

We are also Cask Marque Accredited!

Wine of the Month

White

Omaka Springs Est - Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, New Zealand) 09

Vibrant aroma of passionfruit, limes, ripe melons, and grassy herbs. Bursting with Limes, gooseberries and lots of juicey friut-sweetness.

Red

Coto De Imaz - Rioja Reserva (El Coto, Spain) 04

Made with 100% tempranillo from the rioja alta & rioja alavesa. The juice spends 18 months in 225ltr american casks and 24 months in the bottle prior to release from there cellars. Its complexity and potential are remarkable, brick-cherry red with hints of oak. Tasty, tannis & frest fruit.
